miranda help requested

Hey guys:

 

Well forgive me for being stupid here but I’m confused again.  I entered
nickname password etc. now an import wizard came up and I don’t know what to
import.  It says 0 items.  Any ideas?

PS:  If I’ve messed up can I start over or have I mucked up everything?
