When yo get the error, does it stay on the screen long enough for you to
virtualize it? When you get it, press insert control W to copy it to the
virtual viewer. Press control A to select all the text and then control C
to copy it all.
Then paste the error message in an email and let me know what the error is.

There's a procedure you have to follow to get it going, alt s for
settings, alt g, then i am lost. I have the msg in my archive, i can dig it
out if you want or if Debbie has misplaced hers.
Debbie, when i open the book i sent you i get some kind of error
something about can not do something and would i like to continue reading
the book without text to speech.
