messed up context menu with Internet Explorer 6 and X P Home

Hi,
On occasion, on the web, I want to click using the right mouse or the
right mouse button to get
"save as target" to download afile.
But sometimes, I get a different menu entirely which starts off with
"back, next, copy etc" instead.
Can some one suggest what is going wrong in that situatio
