I forgot to mention. In order to use the Follow Up option successfully, you will need to add it to the list view. Go to the View Menu and select the Current View. Then arrow to Customize View. Select the first field on that screen, which is "Fields". From there you can add or remove fields from the Frequently Used Fields list. You want to include the Flag Status field. By going to the 'move up' or 'move down' button, you can arrange which field you hear first. Again, I assume OE works the same way. Good morning, you might have an option in OE that I have in Outlook. it is the Follow Up option. From the input box on the message you want to affect, press the Context Menu key. for me it is to the left of the right control. Arrow down to Follow Up or type U. You will see several options to set the message to. Then you can go to the Current View option in the View Menu and Sort by Follow Up flag.
