making jaws read in Russian

hello friends. I apologize if this is the wrong place for this get in touch
with me off list if this is.
How to i go about making jaws read to me in Russian?
I have a very good russian speech synthesizer installed.
I just need to know what settings do i need in windows to set up for jaws to
read to me in Russian.
