Press alt+F to get tothe file menu. Arrow down to folders submenu and hit
enter
You will get create new folder dialog box, hit enter again and type the
name of the folder.

Press enter and now you have a new folder.

Now press alt+T to go to the tools menu arrow down to message rules and
there you can specify which messages go to the new folder. For detailed
instructions on creating message rules go to www.jfwlite, under helpful
hints and choose outlook express, there is a section that gives you step by
step how to create message rules.

Good luck
