Okay. I double-checked and it turns out the capitalization matches.
When I'm in the program and then use insert f2 and choose configuration
manager, it says therecordplayer.jcf at the top of the Jaws screen.
Because that is all in small letters, I assumed that was how the file
was saved. Just a shot in the dark, but capitalization isn't the
problem. When I'm looking through Windows Explorer, the file appears to
be correctly saved. But why would it say default settings with insert Q
in the program itself?
The program is fairly straightforward and works okay as far as I can
tell. I haven't had a real audio file to work with, so I'm only
assuming that by the ability to read the buttons, etc. The only problem
is that it seems to read the help with shift f1 twice instead of once.
But maybe I shouldn't worry since it appears to be accessible as it is.
It just seems strange to me. '
