Okay. I'm running a Windows-based transcription program for which the developer has written Jaws scripts. When I run the program with the executable application name of TheRecordPlayer.exe I can press insert Q to check for what scripts are loaded and it says Default settings are loaded. I've looked in the Jaws Settings Enu folder and the correct file is there, but I don't think Jaws is loading it. Is the file reference for the Jaws scripts case sensative? The program name has capital letters for T R and P in its name, yet the automatically saved Jaws config file is all lower case. Any thoughts?
