Hi, Try this.
If you have the Google tool bar on your computer, go to add remove programs 
in the control panel and delete it. I had to do that to get MLB to work. You 
have to sign up for MLB Game Day audio to get the games. It costs $14.95. 
You can do it on line, or by phone, which I found easier. Call: 
1/866/812-2075. HTH.
