link I can't download from

Hi to all on list.
I'm still learning about windows xp slow but sure. I am unable to download
the Jaws chatterbox scripts from
http://www.vocal-computing.com/cbscripts.htm
web site. When I enter on the link that says Click here for the JAWS 6.0
scripts for Windows XP, I get something that sounds like, name secure frame.
Do I have to disable the windows xp firewall, if so how? This is what may be
blocking the download I am thinking.
