Re: just a question

I have mentioned once before on this list, I use Zune! It is a micro soft product, mp3 player. as good as any I-pod out there. The difference is, you can very easily access the zune. it has three buttons, two smaller ones on each side of the large circular one in the middle, with the four sided left, right, up, down arrows as most circle buttons have. On top, a slide which turns the zune to a position which can make it so you cannot change a setting, do anything while the zune is playing. It offers an "F.M. Radio" which is awesome! it also gives you a cluck sound each time you move the curser which tells you it is moving as you go right, left, up or down. so simple, I"ve got all instructions on how to reset, put into pause mode, how to put to sleep, create other play lists, and the software is very simple to use with Jaws. Yes, it will take the finessing the Jaws curser, but most of you I am sure are good at that.

Their tech support is second to none, and they have a lot of patience. They even have a phone number I think, for hearing impaired, visual may be there too. I use the regular phone, and have gotten quite good at using the software, purchasing music from their site, so easy which can be dangerous as you know.

I think, cost is around $250 for any color zune. The sound? excellent, very durable as well. I love it. I think, the I-pods are nicer looking, thinner, but if it isn't accessible, why use it?

Micro soft has worked for many years together with freedom scientific. They are so aware of blind and technology. I find I-pod aren't even interested in creating a useful application which will work with speech software. This is just my opinion.

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I hope some of you choose to at least go to a best buy, check one out!
