Gene, I'm curious. Just how does F.S. expect you to run JFW in safe mode in order to test this theory?

The last I heard from FS they suspected a driver conflict as the cause of the problem. They suggested that I start XP in safe mode and try it with each driver one at a time. This however seemed impossible because it doesn't crash Jaws every time.

Hi Mathew,

It will certainly help if you could provide more details about your Operating System and Jaws versions, updates for Windows or IE, anti stuff, etc, as well as any recently installed program or hardware. Any recent changes made to Windows or its applications, Jaws or IE settings? You said "lately". So, what happened before lately?

Lately, I have been having a problem with jaws crashing almost every time I close internet explorror. Do you have any ideas about what could be causing this? Please let me know. It's really getting on my nervs. Thanks.
