Yes, it does indeed say that, and this is the first time I've been made
aware that you can have an ATI video card and not be able to use an ATI
video driver; I suspect that situation is rare, although I will try to
find out (for instance, I use ATI video drivers on my IBM ThinkPad,
which I can get directly from the MS Windows Update feature, not having
to deal with IBM at all).
