I had a pc with a video card in it that went bad. I borrowed a card from a friend to use until the card I ordered came in. So that is 1 key for the computer with the bad card, another when I borrowed the card to be able to use my computer and a third when I got the card that I purchased. I requested a reset and was granted 1. This is really sad for a company that charges the prices that fs does for software and maintenance. I am really disappointed in this policy. I am one blind person, I can only use 1 computer at a time and none of my sighted friends can stand for jaws to even be on when they use the computer. There needs to be some way to solve this problem. I had thought of a dongl but I would probably leave it either at home or at work and 40 minutes and a reboot is just a terrible waste of time.
