Re: jfw and keys

?Really? only 1? Last time I checked FS reseted my keys back to 3. However,
that was a couple of months ago. So maybe they cchanged.

Gery,
Did FS change their policy, About 18 months ago between changing PCs at home
and PC problems at work FS reset the activation twice.

Just had a bad experience with jaws and reset of activation count. I had a
pc with a video card in it that went bad. I borrowed a card from a friend to
use until the card I ordered came in. So that is 1 key for the computer with
the bad card, another when I borrowed the card to be able to use my computer
and a third when I got the card that I purchased. I requested a reset and was
granted 1. This is really sad for a company that charges the prices that fs
does for software and maintenance. I am really disappointed in this policy. I
am one blind person, I can only use 1 computer at a time and none of my sighted
friends can stand for jaws to even be on when they use the computer. There
needs to be some way to solve this problem. I had thought of a dongl but I
would probably leave it either at home or at work and 40 minutes and a reboot
is just a terrible waste of time.
