jfw and comcast?

Hi, I am trying to get to Comcast's site and to get to their section to
launch a web page. I can't find anywhere on their site anything that says
tool box or the area that gives the directions to launch a web page. I
called Comcast and they insist that I need to click on to tool box. I am
using jaws 4.2 and also tried with jaws 5.0 demo. Anyone have any
suggestions, does anyone have these kinds of problems? Andy.
