In my experience. They will do this, but if for whatever reason you had to
reset frequently they may only give you one or just blatently refuse to do
it. So this is why I recommend contacting the JAWS dealer and not FS
themselves. Just my £0.02 worth.

Not sure where the confusion  came from but in all fareness, I had reached
the point where I had only 1 authorization left on my jaws installs.  I
emailed fs requesting a reset.  I received a reset before the end of the
day.  No problems, no issues.
