Kerri, I don't know why that is happening. But until you can get an answer from FS about it, I would put Jaws 5.10 in your start up folder. To do this focus on the jaws icon on your desktop and press control C. Now you want to paste it into C:\Documents and Settings\Debbie\Start Menu\Programs\Startup where debbie would be your XP user account name. Now the way I get there is go to the run dialog and type a period and hit enter. This will put you in your user account. For example C:\Documents and Settings\Debbie Then arrow down and open start menu, then programs, then then finally the start up folder and then paste the icon. As I posted earlier, jfw 5.1 does not commence upon startup so I ran a repair to no avail. therefore, I switched to jfw 5.0, had it run first and unchecked jfw 5.1 not to run automatically upon startup. Now 5.0 is not starting automatically either.
