I don't know which version of JAWS you're using, but I did experience this problem on some machines with JAWS 4.51. If you are using JAWS 4.51.119, you should definitely download the 4.51.331 patch from Freedom Scientific's web site. This fixed the problem in all of the cases I encountered. If you're using some other version of JAWS, I'd recommend changing your screen resolution settings to see whether that makes a difference. I hope this helps.
