after a virus scan, us usually reads the report,  "no viruses found" and 
then mentions something about the finish button, though mine some times 
doesn't and I have to check it, but that's usually when I'm doing something 
else at the same time. That's with 2003, and I think some earlier versions I 
had, I don't know about anything newer than that.
