jaws50 manual

Hello Friends
I am new to windows xp and jaws50 demo. Did look for the manuals to read
them but could only finde a small .txt file and some files with extentions
that I do not know. So where can I find the manual with more info in .txt
files that I can read  to understand all these commands because many mean
nothing to me at the moment.
