Hello:
What version of MSN Messenger do you use? I'm not sure how compatible JAWS is
with MSN Messenger 6.0.
Also, were you moving around at all when someone signs in? This can hinder
JAWS reading when someone signs in.

you need to install the released version of jaws instead of the beta. We
also need a bit more specific info about what applications you are using and
why you are using the right mouse click rather than the alt key to bring
down the menus or shift+f10 or the applications key.

At this time I'm using JAWS 5.0 beta. When ever I hit the alt button or
the right mouse button or whatever, it says, "Menu bar or context menu open,
etc. etc."
But it will not speak the menu choices what so ever... This is very
frustrating and the only choices I can make are the ones inwhich positions I
have memorized. Can anyone help?
