Hi Cheryl,

It's not you.  I don't hear the progress announced either.  Now I know that 
if I rout Jaws to PC, I can go to the top of the page and arrow down. 
There, you'll find a digital counter that shows you how much of the file is 
left to be transferred.  But, this counter moves up the page with the 
conversation.  I've tried different combinations of key strokes to see if I 
could read it that way, but nothing works.  So, it's not your computer, your 
MSN or your Jaws.    Jack
