jaws help please

hi.
if any one sighted is on this list and is pretty computer savy.
and have got access to say a remote access client like
http://www.crossloop.com
maybe they could install the application.
i give them permission to remote access from my machine.
having battery power problems.
and wondering.
if maybe the battery setting in the bios setting is maybe not set right or
some thing.
as i am a blind person.
cannot get any audio feedback there.
before the system boots up.
if some one can help.
let me know.
