Hi,
you could try grabit (http://www.shemes.com/). Scripts are available
for it and they are installed with jaws.
I think free agnet is also accssible but it may be a bit old. Or, you
can even try this with outlook express, but I've never been able to
have it work correctly with newsgroups.
