Please define crash. Blue Screen? Speech stops, but programs continue? What
exactly happens, in specific cases? If you want help, we need useful data.
My JAWS will also occasionally stop speaking and I need to kill and restart.
Sometimes my JAWS will stop reading the items on a list and again I need to
kill and restart. Sometimes my JAWS will only read the first line of a
message and refuse to move down through the message body. I need to restart
both Outlook and JAWS to fix that.
JAWS 11 - what can I say?

well it has happened in many different cases anything from checking
