I don't know if this will do what you want but you could try going into homerow
for jaws earlier than j11 or script utility mode for jaws 11 and up and change
the mouse increment setting. you can experiment with that and see if it does
what you need.

Subject: jaws and slider controls

Hello everyone.

So I'm loking at some slider controls in audio editing software (audacity ring
modulator plugin, in fact) which need to be adjusted to very fine increments. I
can use the arrow keys to manipulate the sliders, but the values always
increase by ten incriments. FOr example, the root pitch value covers the range
of 0 to 9999 according to jfw, with the first value above 0 accessible by the
slider control being 9. I'd like a value of 3, and I know that a sighted person
can accomplish this using the mouse. How can I fine tune/adjust the increments
of the slider control using JFW?

I hope my question makes sense. I can try to clarify more later. I now realise
I've had this problem with other controls in the past...there just doesn't seem
to be a way to fine tune like there ought to be. It'd be much nicer if you
could simply type a value into the keyboard, but that doesn't seem to work in
this particular case, sadly.

Thanks.
