jaws and laptop

hai friends, my friend recently bought a laptop.
i installed jaws 5 demo in it for my use,
but there is a problem in it.
if my friend works in the laptop with the touch pad for 10 minutes jaws stops
speaking and i have to restart the computer.
does any one have any idea what the problem is?.
please help me in solving this problem. thanks in advance.
