I get it at the end of the form after I enter my information and check the box 
of the terms.

That's odd. When I click sign up on www.myspace.com I don't see any 
CAPTCHA on the form. Does it appear at a subsequent stage in the signup 
process.

It looks like MySpace is notorious for not providing an alternative to 
their CAPTCHAs yet:
