Which verbosity level are you using? One of the first things I do when
setting up a new version is to specify advanced-level verbosity. I'm
not sure which of the two upper levels will shut this up, so try
intermediate first, and, if that doesn't do it, go to advanced.

        Hi All,
I was wondering how to turn off something that makes jaws say
this phrase: "use your reading keys to read the text". Is there a way
to have jaws quit saying this phrase when I open every e-mail? It gets
to be a drag.

        Sincerely,
