Hi Alun I encounter this every day. This topic was discussed in depth about two months ago. The conclusion was that Outlook 2000 "works" this way and that there are no settings that one can change. I am not sure, but if I recall correctly, Outlook 2003 works better. I have encountered a problem with the address bar. With all previous versions of jaws, when you tuype in a name, if it is allready in your address book jaws would say the name as it appears in print in the "to" box. This is not happening with jaws 8- ie the name is still appearing in print, but jaws is not reading it. Has anyone else encountered this, and if so is there a solution? Thanks. Alun.
