Well, after spending a less than great day with this computer I finally got
it up and running. Evidently the video card was dead and the whole machine
wouldn't boot up. Obviously I'm up and running again and the teck checked
the installation of jaws 7 along with a new video card. I'm waiting for an
authorizationn from fs and hopefully the problems are over, at least for
now. Thanks to all for your help, Judith
