What's an accent SA?
It is a hardware synthesizer that was created by aicom it is no longer
being maid but a lot of blind people are still using them including me
on my linux computer. Note before any one says well scence it is no
longer being maid why fix the problem the artic synthesizers emulate a
accent and artic is still making the spirit. =20

fs really doesn't want to fix bugs as far as I can see.
I reported that since jfw 5.0, jfw hasn't supported
the accent sa properly. jfw does not
change the spell rate, nor does it indicate case with pitch change as it
did with earlier versions of jaws. When I contacted fs tech support,
they sent me a document that was supposed to fix the problem, and of
course, it didn't. when fs was again notified that it doesn't work
properly, absolute silence. I even offered to loan fs an accent sa so
they could fix the problem. no response.
