Hi Ryan,

I have the verbosity on beginners and those key strokes still don't work at 
all in terms of announcing the toggle and my contacts are still not being 
announced.

I have found out if you have the verbosity set to advanced these key
strokes don't work. You need to have it set to beginner or intermediate.
