Ok; vivion
open up the jaws windo by
using insert and the letter j
find basics and enter there
tab over to automatically start jaws and uncheck it
then tab over to aply and enter there
 and then shift tab back to ok and hit enter on  there and you are dong
when wanting to turn it back on just use your hot key to restart jaws and
follow the steps to get it to start again when windows starts
