is anyone happy

I think folks would be a lot happier if freedom would put a less buggy 
product out. When you buy a piece of software you expect it to work as 
advertise. yes sometimes there is problems but not like freedom's products. 
I am getting scared to purchase anything from freedom. when every fix we 
must pay for. I don't believe you get something for nothing but I expect it 
to work reasonable well.  Do you think sighted folks would put up  with 
buggy software.
