mirc speech doesn't work!!!
I beg to differ. I use it here every day. I have also installed it on
many other systems with no problems what so ever. You have to register
the ocx file and load the script file as detailed in the documentation.

I use mirc with ms agent and jfw and it works fine.
This  works well how ever agent has this bad habit of crashing after a
while.
