I'm using XP and I don't seem to have that media bar anymore, but this is
from my saved notes.
1. open the view menu
2. press enter on explorer bars
3. cursor down to "media bar" and, if it is checked, press enter to uncheck
it.
Also,
1. open the tools menu
2. press enter on "Internet Options"
3. Press the letter "D" until you hear "Don't display online media
content in the media bar"
4. check this option with the SPACEBAR.
5. Press ENTER to save your changes.

When I am on the internet and I use the jaws curser, there is a lot of media
type stuff, like music and videos. Can I get rid of it? I am using jaws
5.0 on windows 98 computer.
