Hello,

I am confused about installing JFW6.2 with that new ilm authorization. I put
the disk in and I understood that you follow the instructions. Well the disk
told me to install JFW. I did that and new it asks me to activate either by
calling or go on the net. I don't understand why I need to activate if I have
the authorization disk.

I was going to uninstall the program and reinstall it but my wonderful new
guide dog chewed my authorization disk and put a scratch on the other. I am
getting another, but will I have to activate it.

At present I am using my old computer for sending and receiving messages
because I don't have the Dell Inspiron1200 internet set up yet.
The JFW6.2 automatic setup did not ask me for the key so I assumed that it was
somehow installed when I put in the disk the first time. I found out though
that JFW is running in demo mode. Help!!!

EMK
