Subject: how to get jaws to announce numbers in list?

Hi List members Daniel hear I have a question.
I don't know what the correct terminology would be called to describe what I
want to do but I will try and describe it.
What I would like it to do is basically when your in things like on the
desktop, in windows explorer or in documents etc, I would like jaws to
announce how many numbers of numbers there are given what your in. An
example is say I was in windows explorer, say I went into my C drive arrowed
down to programmed files, and in there I arrowed down to Freedom Scientific,
well after it reading that out I would like Jaws to announce it like for
example "Freedom Scientific 15 of 30" I know you can do this with a "say
line command" but Is there a way to get jaws to behave like automatically
for all things? I know most people might not really care for this but
personally I like to use this I like to know how many folders I have with in
a folder if you know what I mean.
Look forward to hearing from you all soon.
Many Thanks
Daniel
