Randy are you using windows xp and sp2 if so i might be able to help you out
email me and i will tell you but also i will say it here for all of us
just uninstallwindows sp2 and you will not have this problem at all
i tryed to uninstall and reinstall jaws but that did not do the trick but
uninstalling windows sp2 did the trick
