i had the same problem on 2 differant computers what i did to fix the
problem is quite simple  roxio 6 has a repair feature built in it  what you
need to do is place the roxio cd in the drive when the auto start comes up
and asks if you want to run the program click yes    then it will tell you
it is already installed and ask what you want to do  the choices are
uninstall or repair the choice is simple  click repair and the program
should take care of it self  no need to re enter the key it will just go
through the reinstall and all should work no problem or at least it did for
me  let me know how you make out  mark
