I think for sighted users there is a cross or something on which they click to show the full list of items of the system tray. Any other suggestions? Thanks. This will open a dialogue; Tab to the "Notification area Hide inactive icons" checkbox and make sure it's not checked. I have, however, no idea how to use this with JAWS. Please advise. Thanks.
