Hi all! I've solved my Gold Wave problem. Apparently some of you have been
having the same problem and you might want to try what had worked for me.
I found out by doing a clean install of Gold Wave then taking careful note
of what setting I change that starts the problem of Jaws not speking. As it
turns out, monitoring input starts all the problem in my case. Tried it
again and again and I get the same result.
To turn off "input monitoring":
F11 to go to properties.
go to the record tab.
make sure "monitor input" is unchecked then choose OK..

Hope this helps.

Hi Jim,

I noticed this problem since version 5.06. Earlier versions until 5.05 =
did not produce this problem.

Can it be produced by my graphics cards, an ATI Radeon 7000/VE and a =
nVidia Vanta16 each with latest drivers?

Have a nice day. Chris
