gmail.com login problems

hi.
for some stupid reason.
i get the login page for gmail.
using internet explorer 8, windows vista home premium, jaws 11 standard on a
toshiba a300 satellite.
set up the the sites to allow in privacy settings.
but for some stupid reason.
when i put my e-mail address and password.
asks me if i want to change the password, as it says it cannot recognize the
current password.
i click no.
then i get the password field again.
then get the damn image capture and the audio capture.
which is horrible to listen to.
so tried three times.
but still cannot login.
and cannot seem to find any contact details for help.
there is a link saying some for screen reader users.
but when i have gone into that link.
either reset password or create new account.
which i do not want to do either as got an account already.
so how to fix this.
i mainly use windows mail to download my mail.
but go regular to the gmail site to delete spam.
as windows mail does not download the spam folder.
so how to fix this.
maybe delete all my history and cookie settings ?
would that fix that?
any one had this problem before.
started today.
