I'm guessing, and this is just a guess, that what happens is it's like the
dictionary manager. The blank lines still show up, but this allows you to
tell it what, if anything, you want it to say when it encounters the blank
line. In which case, it *should* work anywhere. What would be most
desirable, at least in my view, would be have it skip right over the blank
line.
