RE: free Jaws friendly rss readers?

Good option. Alternatively, it could also be possible to use the rss
features in ms office outlook 2007 where subscriptions to rss feeds
could be added for special outlook folders.

I recently switched from browser based feed readers to sharpreader. 
Sharpreader is very accessible.
