ROB, let me correct this thing, JAWS 7.0 hasno Flash feature. But, JAWS
can ditect Flash on web pages. This is just a clarification.

To turn off the ditection of flash in web pages, please do the following:
1. Anywhere you are, press Insert + F2, this will lists all available managers
for jfw.
2. Press C, for Configuration manager.
3. once you found it, press enter, this will load the Configuration Manager.
4. Press ctrl + Shift + D, to bring up the Default.jcf.
5. Once you are there, press Alt + S, and hit H, it will brings up a lists of
multiple tab pages.
6. Once you are there, press ctrl + Tab key and look for the "Misc tab".
7. Once you found it, press Alt + I, will focus you to the "Turn off Flash on
Web pages check box". It is uncheck by default. But, if you will use the
access key, Alt + I, it will check the check box in order you to turn off the
ditection of flash in web pages or you can press tab key and look for the check
box and once you found it ,you can press your space bar to check the check box.
9. Once you are done, press tab key and look for the Ok button.
10. Once you found it, hit your enter key to exit the HTML option.
11. Press Alt + F4, to close the Configuration Manager and click Yes, when it
is ask.
12. You are almost done. Try to visit sites where has a flash and checks if
JAWS still announce the flash.

If you still have questions, please let me know.

Hope This Helps
