flash drives and JAWS

hi Alicia,
little correction for previous posting.

you have 2 way to do this,

1. press "JawsKey+f11" for system tray. look for the icon call "Savely Remove
hardware", press "alt+d" for left double mouse
click, then will pop-up a list of your removeable device you select the device
that you want to remove and press tab to "stop
button" and press spacebar, wait a moment, jaws will anounce you can safely
remove that device.

or

2. go to "my computer", look for the drive letter for your removeable device
and press "applicationKey" then press letter "j" for
eject. then after that you can savely remove your device.

HTH,
Allan Wong

Subject: flash drives and JAWS

Hello, Everyone:

I was told today at school that you have to click on this green arrow in order
to properly remove a flash drive from the USB port
safely. Does anyone know if that is true and if so how do you click this
graphic with JAWS?

Thanks,

Alicia
