I can't remember exactly the OE menu,
however, I believe,
to turn the flagged messages off,
1, open OE,
2, menu bar, right arrow until you hear, message;
3, down arrow until you hear;
flagged message checked, press the enter key.
or,
open OE,
alt+m then the letter "a".

Message Flags can be turned off in the JAWS options dialog (Insert+v).
