Tab to the box and then do a alt + spacebar and then you can errow down or
up and it will read each as it is highlighted.

I'm sorry, but the answer isn't alt-down-arrow. I don't know what the
answer is, but I do know what the answer isn't.
Alt-down arrow opens a listbox.
I don't want to open the listbox. I want to ensure that whatever is
displayed horizontally in the listbox is read in its entirety.
In other words, each item in a listbox is sometimes not spoken in its
entirety by jaws. I want to ensure the full item is spoken.
Thanks for helping.

It seems to me that shift-pc cursor is a desktop keystroke to use when you
are in a listbox, and theentire wording of an item is not being spoken
because the box isn't wide enough. Is that ability a "function" in jaws that
I could set up with the keyboard manager?

Does it exist already as a keystroke?

Thanks
